Our goal is to send you the freshest coffee possible. Sometimes, this means that we will take a day or two to process orders. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be roasted on Monday and shipped on Tuesday. Weekday orders usually ship next-day. Bags are 8 oz. Please allow an extra business day for orders that include ground coffee.
