Jun 4, 2021 · Xfinity Stream Beta app - TVAPP-00101. I've read on xfinity support that there is an issue with the update sent to Roku and the engineers were working to resolve. The responses to this issue all say contact Xfinity. The Stream app works ok on cell phone. We have already done all the troubleshooting. Select the Magnifying Glass icon. Enter Xfinity Stream using the on-screen keyboard and select Done. Select the Xfinity Stream app and then choose Download. Once installation is complete, select Open to start using the Xfinity Stream app. When asked, register your device and sign in with your Xfinity ID and password.Select the “ Xfinity Stream app ” to see its options.
